Our products are handmade and unique, you place your trust in us to provide you with a beautiful product that makes you smile each time you use it. So, if you are not happy, please get in touch within 21 days of receiving the email that your item has shipped.
We will discuss the best option for you, a full refund or an exchange and do our very best to resolve the issue you raise, we want happy customers!

Return the item in perfect condition, include your name and the reason for the return, within 21 days of shipping to receive a no quibble full refund.
