What if I don’t like my bespoke Anemone bag, ordered on trust?
We have a no quibble returns policy for the Bespoke Anemone Bag. Please email me at hello@dinxdesign.co to let me know, return the Anemone Bag in its original condition and you can either have a full refund or a replacement bag with a fabric you have chosen. Return postage at your own cost.

How big is the Anemone bag?
It has a base 45cm in diameter. It expands! What I put in mine: two towels, flask of warm water for cold toes, flask of hot chocolate, tin of after outdoor swimming edible goodies, spare swimming costume, tow-float, neoprene gloves and shoes, go-pro, inhaler (!), purse, keys, phone, swimming hats, and my Dry Robe. Yes, all that fits.

Are the Anemone bags waterproof?
The lining of both is made from 100% waterproof cover. The outside is cotton or a cotton mix, both bags are waterproof as far as the fabric and stitching allow. Fill it with water and it will probably leak, put your wet outdoor swimming things in it and it will be fit for purpose.

Are your products washable?
Yes. All products are washable with care at 30 degrees. Low iron. Do not tumble dry.

I have ordered a bespoke Anemone Bag; how long do I have to wait?
We aim to send out bespoke Anemone Bags within 14 days of ordering. However, these bags are hand made to order and so this time frame may vary. If you have any queries email us at hello@dinxdesign.co

Can I have backpack straps on my Anemone bag?
We do not supply backpack straps, we can however, sew D rings on your bag to allow you to attach your own, please pop us a message on the contact page.
